Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Time and Process
- Miners
- In-stock miners are typically shipped within 3 business days. For bulk orders, shipping may take an additional 1-2 business days. Shipments are made via reliable couriers such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or TNT.
- Pre-order miners’ delivery dates depend on the manufacturer’s production schedule. Estimated delivery times will be indicated at the time of order, but delays may occur due to factory or logistics issues.
- Liquid Cooling Equipment
- Liquid cooling products are mainly shipped via DDP air or sea freight. We maintain warehouses in the USA, Europe, and other strategic locations. Before shipment, we will confirm with customers the nearest receiving airports or ports to optimize logistics and minimize transit time.

Shipping Fees and Methods
- Oh BIZ INC offers multiple shipping options worldwide, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, and more. Customers may also opt for self-pickup from designated warehouses upon prior arrangement.
- Shipments will be dispatched from our warehouses located in the USA, Europe, or Asia, depending on your location and product availability.
- For liquid cooling equipment, sea freight is the preferred method in most regions. Shipping fees vary by destination port and receiving location. We recommend confirming your shipping address and obtaining a shipping cost estimate before placing an order.
Special Shipping Notes
- In selected countries, we provide Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping services, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, and some EU countries. Please contact customer support if you require DDP shipping.
- Without DDP service, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We can assist in reducing taxes by providing appropriate invoice values based on your requirements.
- For self-pickup, please confirm your arrival time and other details at least one day in advance.
Shipping and Address Confirmation
- Please ensure that the shipping address, contact name, and phone number are accurate at the time of order placement.
- If the shipping address needs to be changed after order shipment, please contact customer service immediately. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit, and any additional costs or risks incurred will be borne by the customer.
- Returned shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will incur re-shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes and Customs Duties
- Prices quoted do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance fees and applicable import taxes in their country.
- If shipments are delayed or returned due to insufficient documentation or customs issues, the customer will bear all additional costs.
- We strive to assist customers by providing invoices with optimized values to minimize customs and tax burdens whenever legally permissible.
Order Tracking
- Upon shipment, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
- You can also log in to your Oh BIZ INC account and check the status under “My Orders.”

Inspection and Acceptance of Shipment
- Due to the high value of our products, please inspect all packages carefully upon delivery.
- If the package is damaged or appears tampered with, do not sign for the delivery and contact customer service immediately.
- Once you or your authorized representative signs for the package, it will be deemed accepted in terms of quantity and condition.
- To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video showing:
- Continuous, uninterrupted footage of the entire unboxing process.
- Clear visibility of the courier receipt, serial numbers, and packaging.
- Careful examination of the product condition, confirming no visible damage.
- If any issues are found, show them clearly on video and verbally describe the problem.
Shipping Insurance
- Oh BIZ INC highly recommends that customers purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
- Customers may choose to purchase insurance through the carrier or via Oh BIZ INC’s insurance options when available.
- If the customer declines to purchase shipping insurance or explicitly waives this option, Oh BIZ INC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or missing items occurring during shipment.
- In cases where no insurance coverage is obtained by the customer, all risks of loss or damage during shipping shall be borne solely by the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products, subject to approval by our customer service team.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with detailed information and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items and may take up to 14 business days.
